One Nation has moved ahead of Labor again in a federal poll, a month after Prime Minister Anthony Albanese’s party regained the lead on the primary vote.
Support for One Nation has risen two points to 31 per cent, a Redbridge Group/Accent Research poll published on Monday in The Australian Financial Review indicates.
Labor’s primary vote is on 29 per cent, down one point since the poll firm’s last survey a month ago, while the coalition gained four points to 22 per cent.
The Greens were on 10 per cent, down four points, and support for all other parties registered at eight per cent, a dip of one point.
The difference in numbers between Labor and One Nation lies within the survey’s 3.3 per cent margin of error.
Labor led the Redbridge poll on primary votes in May and July while One Nation was previously on top in June.
Mr Albanese remains the preferred prime minister with the backing of 32 per cent, down one point, and One Nation leader Pauline Hanson is on 24 per cent, up one point, and coalition leader Angus Taylor is up four points to 15 per cent.
Of the poll respondents, 29 per cent supported the “others” category when asked for their preferred prime minister.
The poll of 1001 voters was conducted between Monday and Thursday.
