Calls for Kitching inquiry originated from NewsCorp, not politicians. It appears as though NewsCorp are making up their own news.
Albanese has declined to pursue an inquiry into the behavior of Labor parliamentarians over the treatment of Kimberley Kitching. However, the only calls for an inquiry have come from NewsCorp columnists from The Australian and Sky News.
Channel 9 asked Albanese about an inquiry, following from Shari Markson’s report in the Australian yesterday with Peta Credlin making what appears to be manslaughter accusations, claiming Labor “hounded [Kitching] to death” on SkyNews.
