Colourful entrepreneur Collard’s colourful PwC past

by Michael West | Sep 5, 2023 | What's the scam?

Did he ‘ditch PwC’ because he could never become global head, or was he under pressure to quit? What’s the scam with David Collard?

Sean Johnson of Open Politics website has just talked to a number of David Collard’s former colleagues at PwC who remember things a little differently than David, one of Australia’s most colourful entrepreneurs and head of Scale Facilitation.

Scale, as detailed by Johnson is a number of investigations, has failed to pay staff, creditors and landlords despite living the high-life in New York and the UK.

“Several people who worked with him at PwC have told Open Politics that the firm asked him to resign in 2019 after an internal investigation upheld complaints from multiple employees about his conduct towards them,” writes Johnson in his latest expose today.

Getting Scalier: David A. Collard’s creditors, lawsuits, now a thing of Scale
