The Australian Democracy Network has released a report titled ‘Confronting State Capture’ which makes a compelling case that state capture is a problem eating away at the foundations of our democracy.
The Network was founded in 2020 by the Human Rights Law Centre, the Australian Conservation Foundation and the Australian Council of Social Service, with support from Mannifera.
The report has contributions from writer, activist and former Australian senator Scott Ludlam, investigative journalist Michelle Fahy and Sydney University PhD candidate Felicity Ruby.
