Segal wants IHRA written into every arts funding agreement, with clauses that let funding be cut off efficiently. Seven Australian artists and organisations have already lost work, funding or platforms in under three years, and none of it needed a written definition at all. Sydney Theatre Company’s code of conduct, held up as the model for the sector, was never published until this week.
