As the IDF ramps up its genocide in Gaza, further evidence has surfaced of Australia selling military hardware to Israel. What’s the scam?
The scam is that the Government has long denied breaching international law by exporting weapons to Gaza, using tricky denials. Denial is no long credible however. Declassified Australia has published leaked documents which show F-35 parts being exported directly to Israel. These aircraft are deployed in bombing civilians in Gaza.
Says Declassified’s Peter Cronau: “What we found is while sending most of them to a pool of parts in Europe and the US, they are sneaking some directly to Israel in cargo on commercial flights.”
The Australian Government is now plausibly in contravention of international law, and at risk of prosecution for involvement in what the ICJ refers to as ‘plausible genocide’.
Thee legal ramifications, risks, are noted in documents attached to the following story and letters of concern by human rights lawyer Benedict Coyne.
