The Royal Commission into Antisemitism and Social Cohesion hands down its report on December 18, and the evidence it heard was never properly tested. Twenty thousand submissions went in, much of it personal testimony, under a $7 million contract awarded to Gilbert and Tobin. A submission from the Combat Antisemitism Movement told the commission that the organisation’s critics, including Michael West Media, harassed its organisers and never sought comment before publishing.
