A coal seam gas fracker, now owned by oil major Shell. This used to be Queensland Gas Company (QGC). British Gas (BG Group) took it over and then Shell acquired BG. As with rival gas producers, Santos and Origin, Shell is aggressive in getting rid of its tax exposure in Australia.
